Role and Responsibilities

1. Process Analysis:

• Understand and analyze existing business processes and workflows.
• Identify business requirements and map them effectively to SAP Business One.
• Recommend suitable SAP B1 solutions and process improvements.

2. SAP Business One Configuration:

• Configure and support core SAP B1 modules, including:
• Finance & Accounting
• Sales
• Purchasing
• Inventory
• Production
• Configure system settings based on business requirements.

3. Data Migration:

• Assist in migrating legacy/master data into SAP Business One.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and properly structured.
• Perform data validation and troubleshooting during migration activities.

4. User Training:

• Conduct training sessions for end users and managers.
• Prepare user guides and provide functional assistance.
• Help users understand SAP B1 processes and best practices.

5. Application Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide day-to-day functional support to SAP B1 users.
• Analyze and resolve system issues and errors.
• Coordinate with technical teams when required.
• Develop and customize reports according to business requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

Preferred Skills:

• Good knowledge of SQL queries and database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports.
• Working knowledge of Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).
• Ability to troubleshoot SAP B1 data and reporting issues.
