Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SD modules based on business needs and best practices.
• Participate in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation, from project preparation through go-live and post-go-live support.
• Configure and support:
• Sales Order Processing
• Pricing
• Delivery Processing
• Billing
• Credit Management Customer Master Data
• Output Determination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP MM and SAP FI modules.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals, and project documentation.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and recommend process improvements.
• Follow SAP implementation methodologies and project standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience.
• Mandatory: Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of: Sales Order Processing, Pricing Procedures, Delivery Processing,  Billing, Credit Management
• Customer Master Data o Output Determination o Basic integration with SAP MM and SAP FI

Experience in:

• Requirement gathering
• Business process analysis
• System configuration Testing and defect resolution
• User training
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills.
• Strong documentation and analytical abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Exposure to GROW with SAP implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
• Experience in Greenfield SAP implementation projects.
• SAP Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
